3. Strong personality 

4. Good attitude 

5. Good crisis management 

6. Understands Customer Service Excellent (point 2) 

7. Minimum D3 graduated 

8. Minimum 3 years experience in retail company

9. Understands Training Programs, SOP and KPI (point 1)

10. Ready to work full time and ASAP
