1. HRD STAFF (HRD)
HRD Staff holds responsibilities to improve the employee’s well-being and competencies. as they are involved in the training process. The qualifications are :
- Min. S1 in Psychology from reputable University with min. GPA of 2,75
- Strong communication skill
- Able to handle training, especially administrative aspect
- Able to handle performance management and key performance indicator aspect
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
The qualifications are :
- Min S1 in any discipline from reputable University with min GPA 2,75
- Fast learner, good initiative, hard worker, good teamwork & able to work with deadline and target
- having capability to analyze & handle administration
- Willing to learn and ready to be placed at any department
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
3. SALES EXPORT STAFF (SE)
Sales Export Staff holds responbilities to maintain good relationship with the customer and create work order according to quality and profit target. The qualifications are :
- Min S1 in any discipline from reputable University with min GPA 2,75
- Responsible for maintaining relationship with the customer
- Fast learner, good initiative, hard worker, good teamwork & able to work under pressure
-Willing to travel abroad alone
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
4. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER (SD)
- Elementary School Teacher holds responsibilities to provide educational support and teach elementary school students. The qualifications are :
- Min S1 in Education, Psychology from reputable University with min GPA 2,75
- Have passion in teaching, love children, excellent communication and interpersonal skill, creative, initiative, pluralist
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
5. PPIC STAFF (PPIC)
PPIC Staff holds reponsibilitioes to ensure the implementation of available plans are running to achieve on-time delivery. The qualifications are :
- Min S1 from industrial engineering, textile technique, textile chemical, science from reputable Universities with min GPA 2,75
- Good at analytical thinking, planning, and calculating capacity
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
